Orders
Healthy Pet Foods can sell and deliver its products in New Zealand only. You can order online once you have registered with us. By registering with us you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. When you place an order with Healthy Pet Foods, you are making an offer to buy goods. Healthy Pet Foods will send you an e-mail to confirm that it has received and accepted your order, which indicates that a contract has been made between us. Healthy Pet Foods will take payment from you when it accepts your order.
Your orders will be dispatched within two business days, with all orders required to be paid by credit card through Healthy Pet Foods on line payment system prior to dispatch.
All products on this website are priced in New Zealand dollars and include GST at 15%. Healthy Pet Foods’ prices are subject to change without notice.
Healthy Pet Foods reserves the right to decline to trade with you. In addition, Healthy Pet Foods may decline to accept any order, whether or not payment has been received, by giving notice of non-acceptance to you by facsimile, email or telephone. If Healthy Pet Foods declines to accept an order where payment has been received, Healthy Pet Foods will refund that payment.
Credit card security
Healthy Pet Foods uses 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption for your secure online credit card processing using “Windcave”, whereby sensitive information is encrypted to protect your privacy. You can help to protect your details from unauthorised access by logging out each time you finish using the website, particularly if you are doing so from a public or shared computer.
Delivery
Healthy Pet Foods products are packaged in cases/cartons and will generally be delivered with a packing slip attached to the outside of the package. If in the unlikely event the goods you receive are damaged, you must advise us within 24 hours of delivery. All damaged goods will be picked up by Healthy Pet Foods courier company at no charge to you, and a replacement order will be sent to you at no further cost to you.
Delivery rates are based on weight/size and delivery address and will be calculated and shown prior to your completing the payment process.Rural delivery addresses – $5.00 will be added to the standard delivery chargeOther points to note:
- No deliveries will be made on weekends
- All deliveries will require signatures, unless you provide other instructions when completing your order
- Deliveries are only to physical addresses, not PO Box addresses
- Delivery times are generally 1-2 business days in the North Island & 2-3 business days to the South Island
Guarantees
Damaged goods If the goods you receive are damaged, you must advise us within 24 hours of delivery. All damaged goods will be picked up by Healthy Pet Foods’ courier company at no charge to you, and a replacement order will be sent to you at no further cost to you.
Returns If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased, please contact us immediately. Healthy Pet Foods will provide you with a “Returns Approval #” and provided you return the product within 14 days of purchase, we will process a refund to your credit card or send you replacement product.

Disclaimers And Indemnity
To the full extent permitted by law you hereby waive and release Healthy Pet Foods from, and indemnify and hold Healthy Pet Foods harmless from, any and all liability in respect of any and all costs, losses, damages and expenses suffered by you which arise in connection with any Healthy Pet Foods product or any breach of these Terms and Conditions. This includes but is not limited to loss of income, profits, interest, opportunity or loss of market, and is irrespective of whether such losses may be direct, or special, or indirect or consequential, and whether or not Healthy Pet Foods had knowledge that such damages may be incurred. These Terms and Conditions constitute the sole and exclusive agreement between you and Healthy Pet Foods. You acknowledge that no other warranties, representations, written or verbal, have been made that are not reflected herein.
To the full extent permitted by law Healthy Pet Foods’ absolute liability, whether for breach of these Terms and Conditions or in negligence or in any other tort or for any other common law or statutory cause of action arising in relation to these Terms and Conditions, or Healthy Pet Foods product purchase is limited to the purchase price paid for Healthy Pet Foods product. To the full extent permitted by law, Healthy Pet Foods will not be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential or indirect damages, loss, loss of profits, goodwill bargain, or opportunity or loss of anticipated savings resulting from your purchase of Healthy Pet Foods product, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or negligence, or whether or not Healthy Pet Foods knew the possibility of such damage.
